Requisition Template - Automatically Open Requisition for Sourcing

Hi All,
Requisition template have this flag: Automatically Open Requisition for Sourcing which can be utilized to set the requisition automatically open for posting.
But this field is not part of requisition template HDL, we have 2000+ requisition templates and we are not sure how to update that field to "Yes, Not posted". Does anyone has any idea.?
I tried to also check if that field is part of "Auto Complete" but I did not find this field there as well. Any idea?
