Workforce Compensation - Setup of one of my Workforce plan is in read-only (all the setup properties). All other plans works correctly

All tasks are in read only (cycle, Columns definition...)

I know that it is not a security issue because others plans are working fine. Did you already face this issue. On my side it is the first time and I am very surprised. I you have an idea, it will be very welcome.
