Removing Posted Flyers on Social Sourcing Site

Trying to remove an old flyer on Social Sourcing Site

I have been able to post job fair ads on our Social Sourcing Site, but I seem to have one of my old flyers that just won't go away.  I have deleted the block, and uploaded new flyers, but it keeps reverting back to the old flyer.   Some people are able to see the new flyer, but it keeps reverting back to the one that I don't need anymore. 

Has anyone been able to figure out why this happens?
