Custom Fields in HRHD Triage

Has anyone added any custom fields to the main queue of HRHD? We would love to bring in the employee's Business Unit. I've seen some examples of office hours to bring custom fields onto the ticket, but wondering if it was possible to bring it onto the main ticket queue screen?
