Hi,

Do we have any best practice for Fusion CX Web Service? For example,

  • What should I avoid when I construct the REST/SOAP request payload so that I won't get request timeout issue?
  • What should I avoid when I make REST/SOAP batch call?

Also, are there any known limitation with Fusion CX Web Service? For example,

  • The returned payload size cannot exceed certain value (KB/MB)
  • The record count in the batch API cannot exceed certain value
