Enhanced Talent Profile - Missing Content Items.

Hello
I need some assistance, a bit late to the game here with the Enhanced Talent Profile upgrade, (due to reduced staff/ furlough for 6 months).
We are now going through the steps of the upgrade using the Mapping tool, I can map some fields and using the 'Map to Flexfield' option where needed. Run the Upgrade and the list of values containing Content Items values are now missing and the LOV is blank! I am assuming that I now need to go to the DFF - find the newly created Context and create a new value set for this segment? This is where I am stuck, how do I know what table and values to use in the valueset to populate the missing values?
