Performance Task Status for each Performance Task Summary

Hello,

We have a business requirement to display a summary pivot table of all Performance Tasks and the Performance Task Status as only two values, Completed and Not Completed.

I have created a bin in the performance task status to OTBI column with the following:

In Progress, Not Started, and Ready as 'Not Completed' 
Completed will just be 'Completed'

So from that column all the results we would get for the Performance Task Status. The problem I am encountering is that the Performance Task of 'Final Feedback' is shared amongst the manager and the employee, so when I create a pivot table (see screenshot) the Performance task is double dipped in the 'Completed' and 'Not Completed'.
