Hi,
Today, by default, all the talent pool owner can :
- Add a employee even if that employee is outside of their security profile
- See an employee even if that employee is outside of their security profile
Is that normal ? If yes, do know if their a way to change it (limit access to employee belonging to the talent pool owner security profile) ?
