Error while loading element entries via HDL - "A Logical end date is required"

Summary

Facing an error - "A Logical end date is required" while trying to load element entries via HDL from second time onwards

Content

Hi everyone,

We are trying to load element entries via HDL since PBL is going away from 20D.

Below is the sample file which we are trying to load. I have also attached the .dat file. It loads successfully when we load the first time but when we update the file just by changing the EffectiveStartDate and EffectiveEndDate to the following week's date and try to load, it errors out for all the rows stating - " A logical End date is required".

Howdy, Stranger!
