Cancel ESS Job HCM Flow Secured but it did not cancel HCM Extract flow that is in Progress

I have cancelled HCM Extract Flow by cancelling its corresponding  ESS job-HCM Flow Secured, the ESS Job is cancelled but still HCM Extract flow is in Progress in Payroll Checklist view and it is in progress for last 10 days. Anyone faced this issue or please let me know how to cancel HCM extract flow that is running.
