Calculating an adjusted "Time to Fill" for a future req
Summary
Calculating an adjusted "Time to Fill" for a future reqContent
We are in the process of implementing ORC. One of the nuances faced by our business is that often a requisition is approved in February for December fill. There may be some preliminary searching, but for the purposes of "Time to Fill" - they do not want Approval Date (our usual baseline "start date"). Is there a req status (or could we create a req status) that we could incorporate into our Time to fill to give an adjusted "Time to Fill" ? Is there anything seeded to address this scenario?
