Grouping Multiple Pre-Screening Questions

I'm wondering if it is possible to group multiple pre-screening questions together into some sort of template to avoid having to add each question individually to a requisition?
For context, we are looking to introduce self-identifying questions as part of a diversity & inclusion initiative and are hoping to add these as pre-screening questions into each requisition to collect candidate data but are trying to avoid having to add the multiple questions manually each time.
