Overall Budget Amount in WFC by Legislation
Summary
Define salary basis based on Legislation in Workforce Compensation PlanContent
We are Implementing Fusion for Multiple Legislations (US, EMEA, and Caribbean).
We would like to define Salary basis based on Legislation. For all Legislation, the plan dates and plan access are the same. We would like the Calculation logic to be by country (i.e., for US, the Comp Component Standard Increase = 1.5% and Market/Equity Adjustment = 1.5%; for South Africa, Standard Increase = 1.3% and Market/Equity Adjustment = 1.6%)
Need guidance on Compensation Plan configuration. Is it possible to configure only one plan for all Legislation or do I need to create multiple plans for multiple legislations?
