GOP update 20D - Schedule available to promise supplies without server restart

Hi,

There is a new feature for GOP in update 20D - "Schedule available to promise supplies without server restart". Now GOP will have visibility of supplies once the Planning Data is collected, without restarting GOP server. Previously, GOP had to be restarted once data was collected in order to have this visibility.

If this new feature is enabled, does it mean that GOP server does not need to be refreshed at all? In our business we are currently refreshing it every 2hrs.
