is it possible to upload notes captured outside of the system?

We are implementing Talent Reviews and are planning to use the Notes feature.  Sometimes notes are captured outside of the system that we want to load to the corresponding TR meeting afterwards. 

Is there a way to upload notes using HDL or spreadsheet loader?  I checked available attributes in the Talent Review Meeting business object in Spreadsheet templates but could not find Notes there.

Is this even possible? or manual entry is the only way?
