Associate multiple Sales Accounts to a Service Request

Summary

The goal is to be able to associate mutiple accounts to one service request

As designed, the Service Request has a 1:M relationship with the Account object. Is it possible to create a custom M:M relationship between the 2 objects and therefore create an "Accounts" tab on the Service Request?
