Anonymising candidate job application from hiring team members

I wanted to know if is there any way to hide candidate job application's name, gender, communication, and similar personal information from the hiring team members throughout the system in Oracle Recruiting Cloud in order to anonymize job application for hiring team members. This is required as we don't want the hiring team members to know about any of their personal information till the time the candidate has not been moved to '
