When job is applied in Offer info section in Requsition template (Action >apply Job)

1.Only one job can be applied? Can we apply multiple jobs? if, how?

2.In the drop down list (Offer info>Job) it allows HM or Recruiter to select any job title even if it doesn't match the profile they have selected.How can we Restrict it?
