Is it possible to add Descriptive Flex Fields in the the Sensitive Information section? If not, is it possible to remove the Extra information section at privilege level?

One group of our users of the Recruiting module has the need of adding some diversity information which is not included in the standard Diversity information.

Do you know if it is possible to add Descriptive Flex field to the sensitive information section?

If this is not the case, do you know if it is possible to add it to the Extra information section and then remove this section for number of security roles at privilege level?
