Coping a goal

Summary

Can an HR Specialist copy a goal from assignment to another in Goals under new Talent UI?

Content

An employee has two active assignments & he created goals under one assignment. Can an HR Specialist copy goals from one assignment to the other? The only action available under My Client Groups> Goals> Performance Goals are Cancel & Delete. Please see attached screenshot.
