Skill Assessment on Oracle HCM
Summary
evaluate an employee's skills through a Skill Assessment questionnaireContent
Hello everybody,
we were thinking about how nice it would be to have the opportunity to evaluate an employee's skills through a Skill Assessment questionnaire. In particular we would like to have, for future releases, the possibility of being able to evaluate an employee with targeted questions and evaluate his answers by matching them to a score. To then save the score obtained in the system and associate it with a level of competence assumed by the employee. In this way it would be easier and more immediate to evaluate the skills, rather than relying on other systems external to Oracle HCM
