How to hide the arrow up/down that indicates above/below range?

Hi,

On a manager's team compensation page, we wish to hide the arrow that indicates above or below range. I checked 'My Team Compensation' in HCM Experience Design Studio, but the attribute is not there. I checked with Page Composer, but no luck there either. I can see an image in the source code, but that image is already hidden so it must be something else. Any thoughts, anyone?
