How to use NIR Status in a rule

I need to send a new item to eBS in the beginning of NIR workflow

Hi!

My business case is:

I need to send a new item to eBS at he same time that NIR is triggered.

Customer doesn´t want to use Spoken System.

I created an attribute "SEND TO eBS" (yes/no). The integration will capture all items with "SEND TO eBS" = "yes".

I created a rule to populate this attribute:

[Item].[Item Basic].[Approval Status] != "Draft" -> "SEND TO eBS" = "yes".

I trigged the NIR but the attribute "SEND TO eBS" continues empty.

Please, any help will be welcome!
