APEX version on OCI lifetime free environment

Summary

We are seeing different version of APEX on OCI lifetime free environment and "apex.oracle.com".

Content

As we have different version of APEX on OCI (lower) and "apex.oracle.com" (higher) we get errors while importing APEX applications to OCI environment. 

Can we know when the APEX version will be upgraded on OCI lifetime free environment ?
