Why Does Oracle Log You Out Randomly around 4-5:30 PM EST

I have been in over 20 cloud environments. It seems like that in every one of them, right around the time of 5:00 (although today it was 4:00), my session gets logged out, even when i am in the middle of working.

The Maintenance Window is NOT set for this time. I have confirm that many people in my firm and clients have noticed this happening.

 

What is the cause, and can Oracle fix it?
