Hi experts,

When Agent add attachment on a service request, drop-down shows 2 values: Miscellaneous and Internal. By default Misc comes first and then internal. Customer wants to see Internal first so that agent couldn't upload any confidential document under misc category.

How can we change the order of display for the attachment category:
