Retricting Hiring Manger,Recruiter, Collaborator LOV

Can we restrict Hiring Manger,Recruiter, Collaborator LOV in Requisition Hiring Section, to avoid wrong Recruiter and Hiring manger selection in requisition.Currently all Users are in these list of values.
