Hello all.

Guys I've re-configured the layout of SR creation page.
Just like the image attached. Though it flag an error when saving it.
Error is: Attribute Title in ServiceRequestEO is required
Though the original layout does not contains title.

Couldn't find anything that helped em in this matter.
What is going on? what must I do to launches it correctly? Without title, only the fields on screen?
