Hello Team,

We have below requirement to calculate requisition time metrics of each phase in ORC using OTBI Analytics. 

Average Time to Approve (Requisition Draft Created to Requisition Job Formatting phase
Average Time to Source (Job Formatting phase to Offer to Be Created)
Average Time to Review (Hiring Manager Review to First Interview)
Average Time to Select (First Interview to Verbal Offer)
Average Time to Offer Approval (Offer to be created to Offer Accepted
Average Time to Start (Offer Accepted to HR Hired)

we are looking for OTBI references available.  Can you please share any other information/ guidance on how can we achieve this or the references available for ORC module. Any help would really be appreciated.
