SR#3-24102157171: Oracle product should have the way to handle the segment security for Intercompany Transactions


Currently the Product has limitation to support the Segment security within Intercompany Module. 

System is excepting 'All Segment User Access for the Provider of the Intercompany batch in this way we are violating the Security design for our client where Provider will be able to access the Receiver Agency. 

Currently due to this restriction in the product when we are not giving the Receiver Agency access to the Provider (as per the Client Design) then our Intercompany batch is erroring out after the final approval.
