Hi Team,

We have observed that the 'Actions' Drop down button is missing from our Approval notifications. we have enabled all the Actions from BPM Configuration but still the Action button not appearing on Approval notification. we could see only 'Approve','Reject' and 'Claim' Option in the notification.

FYI, Approver has below mentioned Roles.

Employee
BPM Worklist Internal Role (application role)
 
Please refer attached screenshots for reference and let us know exact privilege or role required to enable Action button in approval notification.
