Talent Ratings Access Denied

Hello Guys,

We would access to Talent Rating from the quick action Talent Rating in Me section. The system show this message of error:

"Access Denied" even if we use the Employee standard role. Are there some roles\privileges to add at Employee Role in order to solve this?

How could we fix this problem? Where we could find documentation about this?
