Custom Role Access to Reports in Fusion OTBI

We have several custom roles that we want to give access to reports in Fusion OTBI

We have a custom role (several but we'll just use one for an example) and we want a user to be able to access a custom report in Fusion Cloud OTBI.  The subject area of the report is Procurement - Spend Real Time.  The job roles Accounts Payable Manager, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Payable Supervisor, Buyer, or Procurement Manager have access to this subject area.  Also, the Spend Transaction Analysis Duty Role has access to this report.  Our custom role has the Spend Transaction Analysis Duty Role assigned to it.  The user that has this role can access the report
