Hi All,

We are facing an issue where our job offer approval seems to be failing. The issue has come up since last week. Issue is coming for even 1==1 condition with all types of approval including self auto-approval. The error message always states us to check the supervisory hierarchy but that isn't applicable as it is configured as self auto-approved.

We have a SR being worked on but no luck with it yet.

Has anyone else faced this and received a solution?
