Job application not loading for candidate

The job application is not loading on career site for external applicant

I am testing the candidate site and noticed that when a user clicks on the Apply Now button for job application, I can see the next screen asking for email address, after entering email, I receive and enter OTP verification code, but the following screen never loads.

Any idea how I can fix this?
