User Account delete

Trying to delete user account using HDL, Even though import and load data ran successfully, user account is still showing up

Hi

We are trying to delete some user accounts from system and using HDL user.dat to do so. Import and load data process ran successfully but user account is still searchable in security console --> Users screen. 

I ran all afterward processes

1. Send Pending LDAP Requests
2. Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP
3. 'Import User and Role Application Security Data job'
