Hi all
Is there a way to assign escalations to a specific rule set?
I have set the escalation to Task Level, with a maximum escalation level of 3, but the escalation is being applied to the first rule that is being triggered which is not I what. We have different rules depending on various conditions and I would like to assign escalations to only 3 of these rules. Is this possible?
