Open Enrollment - the warning message to designate dependents rolls over to the enrollment and freez
Summary
When going through OE the warning message box (You must designate dependents before enrolling) carries over to the first page of the enrollment and freezes the screen and the person can't proceedContent
During open enrollment the person starts the process, adds/reviews dependents and then gets the Warning box "If you plan to designate dependents, then you must add them as contacts from the Contacts section before you proceed to the enrollment pages". The warning box carries over to the next screen of the enrollment (authorization page if it is the first time through OE; the medical page if it is not) and freezes up the enrollment not allowing the person to proceed.
