Triggering Event Notification Configuration
Summary
Looking for configuration path or documentation on message template triggering events.Content
Hi Everyone,
I am looking for information about automatic triggering events for message templates. These can be found in the "Context" section of the message template. There are lists dedicated to set events based on the recipient and I was curious if there is information surrounding these events or if they are configurable.
In my case, we are getting complaints for a Req Posting to expire that the notification is firing too often for the same req (multiple times a day). I was curious if there was a way to adjust the frequency or notification limit.
