Hello,

We want to use Statement Delivery  as "Centrally Managed and Stored Statements" and Statement Generation Timing as "Workers posted to HR or who received final approval".

Let's say final approval happened for few managers and did not happen for others. Now, if we run "Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements" by specifying visibility for Admins, Managers and employees , managers are able to release statements to employees even though final approval didn't happen yet and employees are able to see it in self service.
