We are not required to withhold the employer portion of the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave tax because we are under the employee count requirement.

  • Need to know:
    • Can we change the configuration for MA PFML only to withhold the employee contribution?
    • If so, can this be configured at the Legal Entity level as different entities can have different requirements due to employee counts?
