Is there anyway to let the Referrer know that their Referral has been hired/rejected? I tried to create a message template for Hired - External CSW (see attached screenshot). However, in testing this, I did not get the notification at all. I think it has to do with what I entered in the "TO" field but unsure.

The other is to let the Referrer know their Referral has been rejected but not sure how I would be able to do that.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
