Business would like to issue WHT tax certificate for Promos to Customer by using AP Invoice. 

Is it possible to create WHT tax using One time payments fbdi template. I don't see any Tax fields in OTP template like VAT or WHT.  Why Oracle not provided basic feature in the template due to this we need to load suppliers & upload invoices.

Creating Supplier and loading Invoice FBDI is time consuming process for the customer. Please suggest other alternate/workaround to achieve my requirement.
