Hello,
A number of our onboarding processes don't have a "Restart" button. I found Doc ID 2697966.1 on the Knowledge Center in MOS which states the following:
If the restart option is not available in a Transitions Process page, the process the candidate was started on is no longer active. The initial process a candidate is started on must be active for the restart option to exist.
The system administrator can verify if the original process should be reactivated, or if the user will need to start the candidate on a different, active process.
