Creating Contract during Offer creation

We have a requirement to create Contract Letter during offer creation for Contractual employees. Is there any way we can have the contract section in Offer Creation page? As I have seen in HCM Experience Studio there is no option for contract section and I think it can't be added unless the candidate moves to Pending Worker state. 

If contract is not available in offer page, suggest how we can handle this scenario when an offer is being extended for a candidate who will also have a contract for a specific period.
