Depreciation reserve of asset

We're building a Fixed Asset Balances report out of Subject area Fixed Asset Balances - Real Time'. But we are not able to get the balances for Accumulated Deprecation of an asset.

How can we get Accumulated depreciation(Depreciation Reserve) balances in the application?
1. Is it possible to show the Ending balance for Accumulated depreciation of an Asset? in the subject area Fixed Asset - Asset Balances Real Time.

2. We try to have customize field by calculation as below

Cost - Net book value but the net book value also cannot be calculated when net book value is zero.
