Automatically Convert Pending Workers - Include in Autoconversion "Y"

We would like to automatically convert all pending workers to employee. We have enabled the option on the enterprise level job on the Manage Enterprise HCM Information page. 

How do we include new hires to be automatically converted? I believe there is a flag that needs to be enabled so the scheduled process picks them up?
