Whilst creating a job offer for an internal candidate, the salary block showed the 'The salary won't be updated because the proposed grade rate or step rate isn't greater than the salary' but we were able to generate the job offer letter which showed the correct salary.

 

Processed the hire via Job Offers app and the new Grade and Salary showed correctly but the Grade Step still showed the previous value and didn't update to the new value selected on the offer grid.

 

Anyone encountering the same behaviour?
