We found an issue with routing a req for approval once the collaborator, Hiring Manager or Recruiter is creating a new req. After filling out all the appropriate information and you scroll to the top and select Request Approval radio button, however it doesn’t automatically route the req for approval or bring you to the Approvals screen. It leaves the req in Draft mode until you have selected More Actions and select Submit for Approval. It then sends you to the Approvals screen.  Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?
