Deploy third party digital assistant on Fusion Application

One of our client has a third party digital assistant which they are currently using on a number of other applications. They need to deploy the same over fusion application. Need clarification if this can be deployed over fusion application using the deployment steps stated in this guide.

 

Secondly, if this can be achieved, kindly confirm that will there be any licensing implication?
